Return Policy

Shipping Information 

  • We are not responsible for malformed addresses or typographical errors. 
  • We ship via USPS to anywhere in the United States. 
  • Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays in the US.
  • Lauren Rae is not responsible for USPS shipping delays or lost/stolen packages.
  • If your item has been damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving.  
  • All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 2 to 5 business days.


Return Policy 

Not in love with your purchase? You may return new, unworn item(s) within 14 days of delivery or purchase for in store credit. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, with tags attached. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If returned items do not meet this criteria, they will be sent back to you.

In addition, any returns on orders placed during a promotional sale may be price adjusted. 


In Store Returns + Exchanges

If more convenient, we accept web returns at our retail location.
