  • How many discount codes can I apply at checkout?

    Only one discount code can be used at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied to sale items. 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Cards.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes! You can purchase a gift card at our store front location. Unfortunately, we do not offer E-Gift cards. 

  • Can I use my In Store Gift Card for an online purchase?

    Unfortunately, in store gift cards are not compatible with our online store. 

Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

  • Can I return my purchase?

    Not in love with your purchase? You may return new, unworn item(s) within 14 days of delivery or purchase for in store credit. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, with tags attached. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If returned items do not meet this criteria, they will be sent back to you. Please view our online return policy to learn more information. 

  • Can I get free shipping?

    Yes! You will receive free shipping on all orders over$50+!

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time we only ship within the United States.

  • How can I track the status of my order?

    Your order status will be available within 24 hours after your order has been placed. You will be able to view information about your order and track the shipping by logging into your shoplaurenrae.com account. 

  • How long does it take for my order to ship out?

    Orders take approximately one business day to ship out. 

  • Are you getting a product back in stock?

    We might be! If a product is out of stock, contact us and we will keep you updated.
